Demonstrating our impact

Our ESG Report for 2024/25 is now available, offering a clear overview of the positive impact we’ve made across the year. The report brings together our environmental, social and governance activity, showing how we’re delivering for the places we serve, our customers, our colleagues and our business.

This has been a landmark year for NCHA. We moved into our first purpose‑built workplace, achieved V1, G1, C1 ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing, and were certified a Great Place to Work™ for the third year in a row - with 77% of colleagues saying they consider NCHA to be a great place to work.

Headline achievements from 2024/25 include:

  • 421 new homes delivered
  • 90.7% of homes now EPC A–C
  • 78% customer satisfaction
  • 89% of care and support customers reporting positive emotions
  • £5.5 million in social value generated

The report also shares insights from our social value work, new customer survey and care and support impact survey, demonstrating the real and measurable difference our services make to people’s lives.
