A year of progress
We were delighted to welcome Board members, customers, colleagues, friends and stakeholders to celebrate another successful year at a lunch following our 2025 Annual General Meeting at Clifton Place.
Chief Executive Paul Moat thanked everyone for their hard work over the past financial year, which has seen major transformation across the organisation.
Over the past 12 months we've moved into our wonderful new home at Clifton, brought in our Repairs service in-house and exceeded our housing development targets.
He said: "It's been a great year for NCHA, with plenty of positive change. It's been a real team effort, with some excellent outcomes.
"Just a few highlights saw us moving into Clifton Place - which is much more than just an office, it’s a thriving community, and that’s what NCHA is all about.
"We’ve also built 421 new affordable homes with our partners, smashing our target of 370. We’re proud to be doing our bit to tackle the housing crisis in the East Midlands.
"The Regulator of Social Housing assessed us last year and awarded the highest possible grades. That’s a huge achievement and puts NCHA in a strong position for the future."
Our new Chair of the Board Leanne Monger added: "It was wonderful to see so many people at our AGM event, celebrating what we’ve achieved together.
"Looking ahead, I’m firmly committed to our mission.
“Listening to our customers is vital. I want to understand what it’s like to live in our homes, learn from complaints, and make sure that feedback shapes how we work.
"Thank you to everyone for playing your part in delivering more homes, great services and better lives."
