Delivering Christmas cheer to customers aged 85 and over

This month, our Community Engagement Team delivered 117 beautiful poinsettias to customers as part of our Christmas celebrations.

It’s more than just a plant – it’s a small way to show we care and bring a little joy into homes this festive season.

“It’s been so heart-warming to see the smiles on people’s faces. Spending a little time with them and hearing what they’ve been up to ahead of Christmas was lovely,” said Customer Engagement Specialist Melanie Wilson-Davies, who helped with the deliveries.

“These small gestures really make a big difference and remind us what community is all about. Our visits also gave us a chance to check how they feel about their home and see if they have any questions for us.”
