Domestic abuse services - coronavirus
If you're experiencing domestic abuse, or are at risk from it, you are able to leave your home and seek refuge, even if government guidance advises you to stay at home.
The free National Domestic Abuse Helpline - 0808 200 0247 - remains open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Refuges will also remain open, and the police will continue to provide support to victims.
We continue to treat any reports of domestic abuse as a priority case. Our specialist officers manage these cases, and we continue to work with our partner agencies to identify the best and most appropriate ways for us to support victims and survivors.
Women’s Aid offer helpful guidance for victims and survivors.
