Contacting us - coronavirus
We’re operating differently at our offices to keep customers, stakeholders and employees safe. Our telephone lines and online systems are operating as normal.
From 26 July 2021, our head office in Nottingham will be open to the public. However, we’ll continue to prioritise contacting you remotely / digitally where possible.
We’ll avoid taking cash payments to keep you safe and encourage you to use payment methods that don’t require physical contact. If needed, you can complete telephone payments at head office.
Our Ollerton office will remain closed until further notice.
Our housing teams are working as normal, so if you need to contact your estates, income or housing officer, you can do so.
Visits from our employees and contractors
All our employees and contractors are being issued with regular updates on government guidance. They’ve been issued with the appropriate personal protective equipment and advice on how to help keep themselves and customers safe.
We’re also following government guidance in respect of any employees who may need to self-isolate. To ensure we can deliver our services safely, please tell us if you’re self-isolating.
