How we can help

The service we offer provides:

  • short-term emergency accommodation
  • tenancy support for people at risk of homelessness.

Everyone who uses our service is assigned their own key worker, who will work to identify what help is needed and develop and personalised support plan. This usually involves meeting with you regularly to discuss your situation, and also contacting relevant organisations who are involved or could help.

Our tenancy support service is for people who:

  • May need help to move into and set up a new home
  • Are in temporary accommodation waiting for a permanent home
  • Have a home but are at risk of homelessness.

We aim to help you find or keep your accommodation, and can offer help with getting you settled into a new home. Read our Housing Matters leaflet (PDF) to find a drop-in session in your local area.

Accommodation

The Falcon Centre, based in Loughborough, provides quick access to emergency accommodation.

We’re located close to the town centre with easy access to local shops and public transport. The centre is dog-friendly, but we can only allow one dog at a time. Our rooms include ensuite facilities, with a shared communal lounge/dining area. Breakfast and evening meals are provided. However, a small charge is needed to cover the cost of food and utilities.

Accommodation support gives you a ten month stay with us, while we help you to find a new home.
