We're really proud of our track record: since NCHA was established in 1973, we've developed more than 6,000 properties across the East Midlands. These have ranged from large scale mixed tenure programmes such as the regeneration projects at Castle Station in Newark and Trivett Square in Nottingham to developing small rural exception sites in partnership with parish councils to meet local housing needs. NCHA is working with Homes England to deliver new homes through the Affordable Homes Programme. As part of our contract, we a required to publish details of all payments over £500 related to these schemes.
