Problems with PayPoint payments

UPDATE: NCHA's new payment cards are now working at PayPoints.

New NCHA payments cards were sent out to all paying customers earlier this week. Unfortunately, we are aware that these cards are currently not working at PayPoints.

The cards CAN still be used at The Post Office and we have many other ways to pay.

We are expecting the issue to be fixed from Monday 5 April. You’ll be able to make payments at PayPoints with your new card on and after that date.
