Pay360 coming soon
On 24 March we’re launching our new payment system, Pay360.
You’ll still be able to pay in all of the ways you’ve always done, but Pay360 will offer greater choice, flexibility and control over how and when you make payments to us.
Your new online account will be live from 24 March. It’ll give you more control over what you pay and when.
You can specify the frequency and amount of each payment and, if you have different charges to pay, our new shopping cart allows you to make multiple transactions all at once.
Telephone payment line
From 24 March you can make secure payments over the phone at any time of the day. The automated payment line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It’s a very secure system. You enter your details using the touch tone keypad on your telephone. You’ll be sent a unique reference number to make payments over the phone.
You’ll receive a new NCHA payment card in the post. You can start using it straight away and in the same ways you used your old AllPay card.
If you currently make payments to us by Direct Debit you do not need to do anything. Your payments will continue to be taken as agreed.
Pay360: Covering all angles!
