Pay360 is live
Our new payment service Pay360 is live. It replaces AllPay.
You’ll notice changes to your:
- Online account
- Telephone payments
- Payment card.
Full details of these changes are listed on our paying your rent page.
If you make payment to us via Direct Debit, you do not need to do anything. Payments will be withdrawn by Pay360 after 16 April and appear on your bank statement as BPS Re NCHA.
This week you should have received a new payment card and a unique telephone reference number. If you haven’t received these by the end of March, please contact us.
