It’s time to talk
Every year we support Time to Change’s Time to Talk Day, designed to highlight the importance of talking about mental health.
This year it’s even more important, with the strain of 2020 still lingering and an uncertain 2021 ahead. This year’s theme is ‘The Power of Small’. It's all about taking the time to have those little conversations about mental health that could make a big difference.
Here are some of the things you can do to support your wellbeing:
- Be physically active, whether it’s a quick walk or a workout, it’s proven to boost your mental health.
- Learn a new skill or get a new hobby
- Connect with other people – even if it’s just virtually for now!
