We’re looking for two enthusiastic customers* to chair our new customer panels.
- Scrutiny Panel: NCHA’s critical friend, they'll investigate services and suggest improvements.
- Homes and Neighbourhood Panel: They’ll look at the customer experience and provide a forum for customers to be heard.
The successful candidates will get paid £2,647 and must attend at least four meetings a year, in person or virtually. We’ll provide all the training, support and IT equipment you need.
