Our new customer panels
We do our best to ensure that customers have a say on how we do things at NCHA.
Recently we’ve done work to recruit customers for new panels that will support the work of our Customer Committee.
About the panels
Our Homes and Neighbourhood Panel will look at your experience of our services, providing a place for customers to be heard. Our Scrutiny Panel will act as NCHA’s critical friend, investigating what’s happening with services and suggesting improvements.
Both panels will meet regularly to discuss activities that will enable us to improve our services.
