An update on our repairs service

From 8 April 2024 our own experienced teams will be carrying out our responsive repairs. These are the repairs that happen in your home which we can’t anticipate or plan for.

For the past year, our partner contractor, Fortem has been delivering this service to you, and we’re thankful to them for their support. However, for lots of reasons, including cost of living increases, we’re confident that we’re going to be able to deliver more value to you by using our own in-house team.

We’re going to be working hard over the coming weeks and months to get ready for the move, and it’s our hope that the transition will be as seamless as possible.

For the time being, there are no changes to our current service so you don’t need to do anything differently. For any new repairs, please contact us.

If you have reported a repair to us but don’t have an appointment date yet, one of the team will be in touch to arrange this in the coming days and weeks.
