Get ahead with an apprenticeship

We’re working with Access Training to offer a Level 2 apprenticeship in property maintenance.

You’ll get the chance to try different roles in our Property Services department including:

Building surveying
Business services
Trades (joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and electrical).

You’ll spend four days on site each week and some days at college, while we support you to develop your skills. We’ll even provide you with a dedicated mentor and pay rises as your career progresses with us. View our booklet for more information about the programme.
