Another successful audit for SMaRT
Our emergency response team, SMaRT, offer people-focused care to individuals in their own homes, helping them remain independent.
SMaRT have recently been audited by the TEC Services Association, using their Quality Standards Framework.
This year’s audit highlighted how SMaRT had responded to coronavirus. They were able to talk about NCHA's response as a whole and how other colleagues have supported the team.
In every one of the areas audited the service was rated ‘Green’ with no improvements needed. The SMaRT team take nearly 46,000 calls per quarter and 97.7% are answered within 60 seconds. Well done to everyone at SMaRT!
