How to Get in Touch With Us
You can contact us using the form at the bottom of this page, by visiting our offices,
telephoning, or by email. You can get our contact details here {link to contact
details page}. The information below shows you how to give feedback,
make a complaint, claim
compensation, or report anti-social behaviour.
Help us improve our services by telling us what you think.
NCHA is committed to providing good quality services. We are also committed to listening
to what you have to say about our services and improving them using your feedback.
You can do this by using our Praise and Grumble Scheme or our Complaints Procedure.
Praise and Grumble
Use this to tell us if you are happy with a service you have received from us, if
you have not had a good experience with us or we have made a mistake or you have
a suggestion as to how we can improve.
Complaints
Where possible a complaint should be raised with the member of staff who first dealt
with the problem. We may be able to resolve your problem quickly without going through
the complaints process. This is an Informal Complaint. We will follow this up with
a written response within 10 working days. If you think your complaint should be
dealt with by a manager, you will be making a Formal Complaint.
The Housing Ombudsman
Service You have a right to complain to the Ombudsman once your complaint has completed
NCHA's complaints procedure. Your complaint will also be accepted if you feel that
NCHA's complaints procedure is taking too long, is difficult or is inadequate. The
complaints should be made in the 12 months after you reached the end of NCHA's complaints
procedure. NCHA Housing with Care and Support (HWCS) department operates its own
complaints procedure with a focus on the specific needs of its client group. A 24
hour freephone number (0800 435064) is provided for any complaints relating to HWCS.

about the HWCS complaints procedure click here.
