Training and Learning
NCHA delivers high quality in-house training courses for our staff and other local housing and social care providers. We also provide access to e-learning courses through the Virtual College.
We provide a range of training courses for staff and managers working in housing and care & support. These are designed to enable delegates to gain the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their organisation's aims and objectives, and enhance their own individual development.
Training for NCHA tenants and service users
We are able to offer places on some of our in-house courses and e-learning courses to NCHA tenants and service-users.
Tenants who are interested in attending an NCHA training course or taking an e-learning course should contact the Resident Involvement team on 0800 013 8555. NCHA's Resident Involvement Officers work closely with Customer Advisory Panels (CAP) members and are able to access training to meet individual and group needs.
Service-users who are interested in attending an NCHA training course or taking an e-learning courses should speak to their Project Manager.
Employability and skills
NCHA is committed to providing employment, work experience and training opportunities to NCHA tenants, service users and people in the communities where we work . As a large employer and social landlord, we aim to use our resources and those of our partners to develop people's employability and provide routes into work and careers.
