NCHA produces a number of publications throughout the year, from tenant magazines to speacialist housing reports.

Link magazine is produced twice a year and sent directly to all our tenants. The magazine features stories about our tenants, news from NCHA and how NCHA can help our tenants.
InSight magazine is produced on behalf of NCHA’s Housing with Care and Support department for their service users. The magazines is edited by service users and contains stories, artwork, poetry and news from service users.
Link magazine is also produced especially for our leaseholder and shared ownership residents. This magazine contains information more relevant to this specific kind of NCHA resident.
NCHA Facts & Figures provides a brief summary of our funding allocations and overall business statistics.
NCHA’s Annual Report is produced every September and for the past two years has only been available online. The report provides an overview of NCHA’s acheivements, new housing developments, expansions, awards and plans for the future.
Forefront is an online newsletter produced throughout the year and emailed out to NCHA’s stakeholders updating them on NCHA’s success stories, awards and latest news.
A Housing Manifesto for the East Midlands was produced to highlight what had been achieved by NCHA and other housing associations, in the 40 years since Cathy Come Home had been released.
