New Housing Director for NCHA
Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) has appointed David Richardson as its new Housing Director.
David has over 30 years of housing experience, both with local authorities and housing associations in London and the Midlands.
He has previously worked for six years as Area Director of English Churches Housing Group and latterly for four years as Midlands Director for Metropolitan Housing Trust.

Former Housing Director, and now Chief Executive of Nottingham Community Housing Association, Mike Andrews commented,
“We are delighted to welcome David to our Executive Team. He joins us at a pivotal point in the development of NCHA and I am very pleased to hand over the reins of my former team to such a worthy and able successor.”
David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a corporate member of the Chartered Management Institute. He also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
