New Chief Executive for NCHA


Mike Andrews, formerly Director of Housing for Nottingham Community Housing Association, takes up his new post as NCHA’s Chief Executive from Monday 2nd July.

Mike succeeds Andrew Malone, OBE, who retired from the Association after 35 years as Chief Executive.
 
Andrew Malone founded NCHA in 1973 and the Association is now the largest locally-based social housing provider with both rented and homes to buy and is the Government’s lead partner in the East Midlands providing over 7,500 homes for 10,000 tenants in seven counties.

NCHA also has the largest provision of housing with care and support with over 1,300 bed-spaces for people with physical and learning disabilities; women and children fleeing violence; Asian elders; vulnerable young people and people with mental health problems.
