A housing association has decided to bring in the big guns for their first venture into home ownership in Northampton.

Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) has employed premier estate agents Knight Frank to market its apartments for sale and shared-ownership at The Stylo building on Freehold Street.

The agents, better known for selling multi-million pound estates in Country Life, will be using their vast expertise and knowledge of the local area to market this unique development.

The 20 apartments for shared ownership have already been snapped up, and business has been brisk on the apartments for outright sale since Knight Frank opened their luxury sales suite a couple of months ago.

“These apartments signify a whole new venture for NCHA ” said Property Services manager David Simmons.  “We are competing in the market place with commercial developers and we wanted to learn from the best – that’s why we appointed the best agents we could find.”
