Rewarding quality care and support
High standards have always been a priority for Nottingham Community Housing Association
(NCHA) and its Housing with Care and Support department, and this commitment was
recognised last week with a presentation from the British Standards Institution (BSI).
Having conducted an independent audit, BSI Management Systems assessed and certified NCHA’s Housing with Care and Support department to the management system standard ISO 9001, recognising high standards for the quality management in this strand of the Association’s business.
This is the fifth renewal of the certification that NCHA’s Housing with Care and Support department have received since 1995.
Nikki Sammé, Head of Product Marketing for BSI visited NCHA’s Nottingham offices to present the certificate to Mike Andrews (NCHA Chief Executive), Steve Walker (Director of Development and Housing with Care and Support) and John Bartle (Housing with Care and Support Manager).
