Development Expenditure over £500

At NCHA we have entered into a number of contracts with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to deliver a programme of new homes over the coming years, through the Affordable Homes Programme; 2013 until 2018.

The main aim of the Affordable Homes Programme is to increase the number of affordable homes in England. As such, we are required to publish expenditure details of all payments over £500 related to Firm Schemes (i.e. those schemes which have been approved by the HCA) funded through the programmes.

We will publish information, listing our expenditure to deliver these homes, each quarter. It will detail the payments we have made over £500 in the past 3 months. Please note that these lists do not detail the full costs of developing the homes; interest costs and NCHA’s own management costs are not shown.

Please note:

  • Where a payment is subject to a contractual requirement for commercial confidentiality, the name of the creditor has been replaced with the words Redacted: Commercial Confidence.
  • Where information is classed as personal data, which by law we cannot publish under the Data Protection Act, we have stated Redacted: Personal Data.
