Care and support

Will I still receive the same level of care and support?

We are closely following the government’s guidance to help reduce the spread of coronavirus. We have had to make some changes to the way we deliver our services and the support we offer.

For a temporary period we may not be following your usual support plan and may not be able to offer you the same level of service described in Your Guide.

In community based services we will support you, but it may be by phone. If you usually receive care from us, we will still visit but we will only concentrate on essential support, such as personal care, medication and meals.

In supported housing, supported living and care homes we will continue to have staff teams based on site, but we will concentrate on providing essential support only. You may notice that there are less staff looking after you, or new faces to support you. If you have symptoms of coronavirus we will ask you to self-isolate in your accommodation; we will support you to do that and continue to offer essential support.
