  • Basic annual leave entitlement of 24.5 days per year, rising to 26.5 days after 5 years service, plus 12 recognised bank holidays and additional/lieu days per year
  • Opportunity to exchange five days leave for pay each year, and carry a further five over into the next holiday year.
