We have achieved considerable progress in promoting equality and eliminating unfair discrimination from all aspects of NCHA’s work. The Equalities and Diversity Forum meet regularly throughout the year and monitor the on-going progress towards meeting our Equalities and Diversity Action Plan targets.
We are committed to being fair to everyone we come into contact with. View our new Service Standard, ’Treating People Fairly’, which outlines what you can expect from us.
