NCHA is managed on a day-to-day basis by the Executive Team, which is made up of a Chief Executive, Mike Andrews, and four directors, Steve Walker, Paul Higginbotham, Paul Moat and David Richardson.
The Executive Team are responsible for the strategy of NCHA including the vision, mission and values, as well as the business planning, risk management and other corporate matters.

Joined NCHA in 1988 and became Chief Executive in July 2007. Has worked in local government and housing associations for 40 years. Is a Board Member of Lets Select Ltd and POD, and is the Chair of Access Training (East Midlands).

Joined NCHA in June 2006. He has over 25 years in Social Housing finance, initially as an Associate in a firm of Accountants, a 15,000 unit housing group and immediately prior to joining NCHA, five years as Finance Director for a LSVT on the south coast.

Joined NCHA in 2007 having had extensive experience at a senior level within two large national housing associations and Derby City Council. Is a Member of the Board at Acclaim Housing Group.

Joined NCHA in 1999, having worked for a national brewery/pub company and for major building contractors. Represents the association on Efficiency East Midlands. Is a Co-opted Member of the Board at Tuntum Housing.

Joined NCHA in 1993. Previously worked in local government heading up adult disability services. Currently a Board member for a number of national and international umbrella organisations and the National Housing Federation’s Health and Wellbeing Board.
