Tenant Involvement - Getting Involved

We have developed a range of different ways for residents to get involved with NCHA and help to improve the services we provide.

These include:

  • setting up Customer Advisory Panels (CAPs) with groups of interested residents to look at specific areas of our work - for more information click here
  • supporting the tenant led Tenants and Residents Consortium (TRC) - for more information click here
  • consulting with groups of residents by email or by post
  • supporting residents’ associations and informal groups
  • training and support for the Resident Inspection team
  • undertaking regular surveys and welcoming feedback through our "Praise or Grumble" scheme so we can find out what residents think about the services we offer
  • appointing tenant contacts on estates to keep an eye on local services e.g. gardening and communal cleaning
  • encouraging residents to join our Board
