The Northampton CAP group represents tenants living in Northampton, Kettering and Desborough. It looks at estate issues, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy matters and is involved with developing service standards and reviewing NCHA policies.
The CAP group have recommended a series of estate improvements and have given detailed feedback to the design department following the development of new schemes. The group currently operates via letter/email consultations, to enable more residents to give their views. Additional meetings are arranged, when required.
