Customer Panel - Be Consulted
Residents who join the Customer Panel are asked, by letter or email, for their views about what NCHA does and any proposed changes.
We appreciate that some tenants, whether through work or family commitments, cannot attend meetings. However, we acknowledge that these tenants also have a valuable contribution to make.
If you would like to be consulted on the services provided by NCHA, but are unable to attend meetings, we can provide you with information by post or by email.
