Customer Advisory Panel (CAP) Groups
A Customer Advisory Panel (also known as a "CAP group") is a group of residents who meet regularly to discuss and review the services of NCHA. There are regional CAP’s covering Ollerton, Nottingham, Leicester, Northampton and Lincolnshire.
We also have CAP groups that work in specific areas; the Technical Services CAP covers the production of new homes and the maintenance of existing homes. The Communications CAP discusses with tenants the different publications and information that we send out.
Residents usually decide what they want to discuss and where and when the meetings are held. Staff from NCHA attend the meetings and support the CAP groups.
