Customer Advisory Panel (CAP) Groups

 

A CAP is a group of residents who meet regularly to discuss and review the services of NCHA. There are regional CAP’s covering Ollerton, Nottingham, Leicester, Northampton, Lincolnshire.

 

The Design CAP covers the production of new homes and the Maintenance CAP covers the maintenance of homes. The Communications CAP discusses with tenants the different publications and information that we send out.

 

Residents usually decide what they want to discuss and where and when the meetings are. Staff from NCHA attend the meetings and support the CAP groups.
