Repair jobs are logged as soon as they are reported. Sometimes, we need to inspect a property before work is carried out. Click here to view a list of repairs that tenants are responsible for.
Repairs are classified as emergency, urgent or routine. Once a repair is logged on our system, it is given a target date which estimates when the work will be completed.
