LARGEST ALLOCATION OF NEW HOMES IN EAST MIDLANDS

The Blue Skies Consortium, of which NCHA is a lead member, along with the Longhurst Group, has been allocated some £40.1m to provide 1,080 new homes.  NCHA’s share of that is £14,763,457 which will produce 338 homes.

In addition, NCHA has been asked to take back to the Corporation 167 units, which were unsuccessful in the main bid round, for further consideration under the Corporation’s ’Market engagement’ process (continuous bidding), and so more allocations might still be added.
