NCHA’s customer feedback scheme
We are committed to providing excellent customer services which represent value for money and are directly influenced by the feedback received from our customers.
We welcome both positive and negative feedback from all sources and actively encourage our customers to provide us with feedback on our services and policies.
Our "Praise or Grumble" feedback scheme is all about listening and learning from what our customers tell us, so we want to hear from you!
There are four ways you can tell us what you think about us:
Praise - you have received a particularly good service and you would like to thank us.
Suggestion - you would like to suggest a way we could improve our services.
Grumble - you’re unhappy about the service you have received from us, or the way you’ve been treated and you would like us to know.
Complaint - you’re unhappy about the service you have received from us, or the way you’ve been treated and you would like to make a formal complaint.
You can give us your comments in a number of different ways:
- speak to a member of staff at any of our regional offices
- contact your Estate Officer or Support Worker
- call us on 0800 013 8555
- email feedback(put the ’at’ sign here)ncha.org.uk
- text the word "FEEDBACK" followed by your message to 07725 958 172
- complete our online feedback form (see below)
