Leaseholders
Your Shared Ownership Lease sets out your rights and obligations as a leaseholder, and your solicitor should have explained the main aspects of this to you as you purchased your home. You should also have been given a copy of your Lease at that time. The information provided below gives additional information to our leaseholders but if you ever have any concerns please contact us.
This handbook details your responsibilities and outlines some aspects of owning your home including your rent and service charges, and repairs and maintenance. Please note that this link takes you to an example of this document; you will have recieved a Handbook specific to your property/scheme as there are differences between flats and houses, developments with Management Companies, for example.
