Article Title:	TENANT SURVEY ABOUT TO START
Every two years we carry out an independent survey of our tenants to make sure you are happy with your home and the services you receive from us. The results of this survey are an important way for the whole Association to make sure we're delivering our services to the highest standard and that our tenants continue to be happy with our work. This year we have chosen a group of 2,000 tenants at random to help us complete the survey. As a thank you for completing the survey, we're entering the tenants into a prize draw to win up to £500 worth of garden landscaping work or interior decoration to their home, plus three runners-up could each win a Philips digital cordless phone. If you have been selected as part of the random sample, you will receive a copy of the survey through the post accompanied by a pre-paid envelope to return the survey to us. All surveys must be received by 11th December 2009.
