Paul Moat appointed as NCHA’s Chief Executive

Paul Moat has been appointed as Nottingham Community Housing Association’s (NCHA) new Chief Executive and will take over the role from Mike Andrews when he retires in September.

Paul is currently NCHA’s Director of Assets and Compliance and has worked within the organisation for nearly 20 years.

Chair of NCHA Claire Winfield said: “After an extensive external recruitment process the Board and I are thrilled to have appointed Paul. We are confident in his abilities to drive our organisation forward with continuity and a strong vision for our future. I would like to wish Paul the very best of luck in his new position.”

Paul is looking forward to starting his new role: “It is a real privilege for me to be offered the role of Chief Executive. I’m looking forward to working with our customers, staff and partners to continue the great work that Mike and Andrew Malone have instigated. I am very proud of the work of NCHA and I look forward to leading us from strength to strength”.
