Changes to your tenancy agreement
All new tenants are offered a Starter Tenancy which converts to an Assured Tenancy after a year, (as long as action is not being taken to end the tenancy). We’ve taken legal advice to make sure that the agreement meets all the requirements of best practice.

Regional Housing Services
These pages will guide you through the various services offered by the Housing Services Department and provides you with details of our principal policies and service statements.
We deliver our housing management service through a network of Regional Offices with staff seeking to take the service to the customer via dedicated housing management officers. The Regional Offices deal with both the allocation of empty properties and the management of existing homes. Contact details for the Regional Offices are listed below.
