Where is the Ollerton Office housing stock situated?
Our housing stock is distributed across North Notts and is spread from Mansfield in the South to Bircotes in the North. We have significant numbers of properties in Mansfield, Blidworth, Rainworth, Newark, Worksop, Ollerton, Boughton and Edwinstowe plus many other properties in more rural areas.

This information will give you an indication of how long you may have to wait for a property.  The number of bids indicate how popular properties/areas are.  There is always a longer wait for the most popular areas.  This lettings information is updated quarterly, previous quarterly figures are available on request.

How do I apply for a home with NCHA Ollerton?
To apply to LETS write to us, telephone, call in at the Ollerton office and ask for a Registration pack or click on the link below. Once we receive your completed details we will add them to our LETS system You will be able to check which properties we have available to rent in our local press advertisements. When you see a property you would like to rent, phone up the LETS line and register your interest. If you are successful we will carry out a vettings check and contact you to arrange to go through the necessary paperwork prior to giving you a tenancy.
