Rents Service Charge Payment
- Paying the rent is your responsibility. If you think that you are going to have problems affording your rent, it is important that you get in touch with us straight away.
- If you are worried that you cannot pay your rent, please contact your Housing Management Officer at once. Our Housing Management Officers are trained in welfare benefits and can offer you advice on how best to organise your debts.
- There are several methods of paying your rent:-
Benefit payments direct. If you are in receipt of housing benefit, you can ask your local council to pay your rent to us directly.
Regional office payments. You can make a payment at your local Regional Office during normal opening hours (Nottingham Clumber Court and Ollerton only). At our Clumber Court office a dedicated phone is available in the reception area so you can phone Allpay and make a payment with your debit/credit card.
On the internet. Log on to http://www.allpayments.net/ and follow the on screen instructions.
“Swipe card”. You can use the cards to make payments at the Post Office and Payzone and Paypoint outlets. The cards can also be used at your Regional Office (Nottingham and Ollerton only).
Direct Debit. Payments can be made directly from your bank on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Contact your Housing Management Officer for a direct debit mandate.
By telephone. You can pay over the telephone 24 hours a day with a credit or debit card. Simply phone 0870 243 6040 and enter your swipe card number and credit/debit card details. You will then be asked to enter the amount you want to pay onto the key pad on your phone.
On the high street. From 2nd April 2008, payments can also be made through Allpay at any branch of Woolworths - just look out for the yellow "Pay Point" sign.
