Market Rent Properties

 

We have a number of properties that are available at, or just below, market rent levels. (eg. the rent levels charged by private landlords).

 

You will need to be in full-time work and be able to pay a month’s rent as a deposit, together with a month’s rent in advance.

 

A credit check will be carried out and references will be taken. Assured shorthold tenancies are issued to tenants, on a minimum 6 month term.
