Young Persons Services
We know that young people who are homeless, vulnerably housed or leaving care of a local authority can be one of the most challenging service user groups to work with. The offer challenges that require a high level of expertise in providing care and support to ensure they are given the same chances as everyone else to succeed in life.
Housing With Care and Support has builst up a certain level of expertise over the years by working in successful partnerships to provide a customised service to meet the needs of young people across the East Midlands. We aim to provide service users with the opportunity to acquire the skills that will enable them to live independently, maximising access to education, employment and training.
