...we understand the importance of consultation with those we work with, but we also know the positive and meaningful impact that comes from consulting those we work for and HWCS prides itself on its Person Centred approach to continuous improvement.

 

Every year we issue a Service User Survey to each HWCS tenant. 2007 was the first year that the survey was produced in alternative languages and alternative formats such as audio CD, DVD and Signs and Symbols.

Survey Results 2007

 

Service users within the Asian Elders service reveived additional formats of the Service User Survey this year.
