Service User Surveys
In the Housing with Care and Support Department we pride ourselves on our Person Centred approach to continuous improvement. We strongly believe in the importance of consulting those we work for and understand the positive and meaningful impacts that can come from this. We have a comprehensive quality assurance programme of which the prime purpose and focus is to provide Person Centred care and support services which respond to the service user’s needs, maximise their choices and independence and fully involve them in the service delivery.
Each year, we conduct a Service User Survey to monitor and review our service delivery and service user expectations. These surveys are designed by a working group which includes service users and they are available in a range of formats to ensure accessibility to all.
