NCHA’s Housing with Care and Support Department manage twelve Registered Care Homes in Nottinghamshire, providing 24 hours care and support for people with a learning disability or with enduring mental health needs.

We also offer full support to those with associated needs such as physical support, challenging behaviours and autistic spectrum disorders.

All of our Registered Care homes have a local manager, known as a Project Manager, who is supported by an Assistant Manager and a team of trained Support Workers.

We believe that Registered Services continue to be a valuable housing option for vulnerable people and believe in providing efficient and flexible quality services to meet individual needs. All of our Registered Services are person centred. We work closely with families, friends, advocates and professionals to ensure that any package of support developed is individual to the service user and strive to include service users in decisions which affect their services or home environment.

Residential care is provided in purpose built or adapted care homes where clients live in comfortable, well furnished properties. All homes continue to meet the exacting standard set by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
