A flexible, person-centred approach to supporting and caring for people with a learning disability is central to the success of Housing with Care and Support’s learning disability services.
We know that only by working in effective partnerships can we truly meet the needs of clients with a wide range of support needs.
Our approach is to constantly seek many ways of developing the service to meet clients aspirations and we welcome approaches from partners looking for new ways of working together.

Supported Living

This is the most rapidly expanding area of our learning disability service. We provide support to service users living in their own home. A package of support is agreed and trained staff provide the support to clients who may own their own home or rent from any public or private sector landlord.
Residential care is provided in purpose built or adapted care homes where clients live in comfortable, well furnished properties. Staff assistance is available 24 hours a day and all homes continue to meet the exacting standard set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
