Our aim is to provide a quality housing and contracts management service, through a person centred approach in order to meet the housing need of the people that live in the accommodation we manage.

We provide a specialist housing management service for individuals who need additional support to help them manage and sustain their accommodation. Our services include:

• Managing tenancies
• Voids and re-lets
• Income collection and monitoring
• Rent collection and arrears recovery
• Dealing with Housing Benefit

• Provisions of Housing Services
• Repairs and property maintenance 
• Culturally sensitive services for people from BME communities

We work closely with support providers, including our own directly managed services, to provide housing and contracts management services to a range of different needs. We also work in partnership with a diverse number of support provider organisations, where we provide specialist housing and contracts management services designed to meet the specific needs of the service users.

Every service user has a named Housing Officer who looks after the day-to-day housing management of the accommodation, and a named Contracts Officer who manages and monitors the provision of housing services to the accommodation.
