Services to tenants

Newly built and refurbished homes are all designed to high levels of energy efficiency and there is a rolling programme of updating the energy efficiency levels of our existing stock.

There is a freephone energy advice service that gives advice from how to get the most from energy efficient appliances, to how to minimise heat loss in the winter. Call 0800 512 012 for more information.

  • All new tenants are issued with the "Energy & You" handbook, which offers help and practical advice on saving money and minimising their impact on the environment.

To download a copy of this handbook, please click here.

  • Energy Efficiency Training is available to tenants’ groups and the Customer Advisory Panels.
  • Energy Saving light bulbs given to the association by utility companies are distributed, free of charge, to our tenants. These bulbs are fitted in new build properties. There is a maximum of two bulbs available per property.

For more information call your local regional office or contact your Estate Officer.
