Synopsis

 The existing factory in a Conservation Area was converted to provide 40 flats of mixed tenure and 14 parking spaces. Many features were retained such as the exposed brick internal walls and tall ceilings. Gold winner in the Green Apple Awards, as well as Regeneration Project of the Year in the Procon Awards 2007.
